FPF Tier 5 Fall Season Preview: Team-by-Team Breakdown

Welcome to Tier 5, where flag football dreams come alive! This beginner-friendly division showcases 13 teams mixing seasoned players with fresh faces, all competing for 8 playoff spots. Whether you’re a returning veteran or stepping onto the field for the first time, this season promises fun, growth, and plenty of exciting football action.


Gamblers

Spring Record: 7-3 in Division F, lost in quarterfinals
What to Expect: A team that knows how to win

The Gamblers bring valuable playoff experience to Tier 5, having enjoyed success in their previous division. Ben Coffin (60.8 defensive) and Jeremy Joseph (63.1 defensive) will help guide the squad

Season Opener: vs PSTM (Sept 11) – a fun early test against the defending champs


Illegal Alien

What to Expect: Strong veterans mentoring new talent

Illegal Alien features some solid returning players who can teach the game to newcomers. Lucas Crivello (68.6 offensive, 73.5 defensive) and Tristan Koutsoumbas (61.9 offensive, 64.6 defensive) will be key leaders both on and off the field. With new players joining the roster, this team offers a perfect environment for learning flag football fundamentals while staying competitive.

TD Brudders

Sometimes a tough season leads to great things, and Vengeance is ready to show their improvement. Matthew Chadwick (65.9 offensive, 61.7 QB rating, 61.1 defensive) and Louis Messier-Lavallee (63.1 offensive, 65.6 defensive) bring solid experience to help turn things around. Julien Wilson (63.1 offensive, 62 defensive) adds another reliable contributor. This team has the talent to surprise people and enjoy a much better fall campaign.

Very Good Football Team

Very Good Football Team features Zackary Alberts-Gill (74.5 offensive, 76.1 defensive), one of Tier 5’s most exciting players to watch. His well-rounded skills make him a great teammate for newcomers to learn from. Paolo Della Rocca (70.9 QB rating) brings quarterback experience, while Jeremi Chartrand (62.7 offensive) adds offensive depth. Newer players will get valuable reps alongside these skilled teammates.

Shockerz

Keenan Dezeeuw-Caruth (63.7 offensive) and Kris Starke (61 offensive, 59.7 defensive) provide offensive leadership, while Christopher Cassamajor (67.9 defensive) anchors the defense. Leonard Taylor brings quarterback experience. This team knows what areas to improve and should be fun to follow.

Jamaican Bobsled Team

Spring Record: 7-3 in Division F, lost in semifinals
What to Expect: Experienced squad ready to compete

The Jamaican Bobsled Team brings great playoff experience to Tier 5, having made a strong semifinal run last season. Giulio Scarpetta (60.7 offensive, 66.3 defensive) and Julien Sella (60.4 offensive, 63.4 defensive) are reliable two-way players who can help newer teammates learn the game. Steven Polizzi (63.3 QB rating) adds quarterback experience. This team knows how to handle pressure situations.

Bloodline

AirBnb

Puff Puff Pass

Puff Puff Pass features Kevin Donnet (86.4 offensive, 78.6 defensive), whose exceptional skills make him one of the most exciting players to watch in the division. Playing alongside such talent provides great learning opportunities for newer players. Stefano Spagnuolo (59.7 offensive, 67.9 defensive) adds leadership to help develop team chemistry. TGS
