Welcome to the Division 4 finals!!!  The moment we’ve all been waiting for all season long! Tonight, two fierce teams, Kiss My In-Laws and Dime and Bougie, are set to face off in an crazy matchup thats expected to be filled with high-flying action, exhilarating  plays, and intense competition. Both teams have fought hard throughout the season, and now they are ready to give it their all as they vie for a Winter 2023 championship. With all the skilled players were set to see during finals weekend we guarantee you great games and an electric atmosphere. So grab your beer get ready to cheer on your favourite team as they battle it out on the field!

QB Comparison

When it comes to the quarterbacks of Kiss My Inlaws and Dime and Bougie were talking about the best the division has to offer. There are some clear differences in their statistics and style of play though. Iggy Manzanedo of Kiss My Inlaws had an outstanding regular season, finishing with 2095 yards, 55 touchdowns, and an impressive 3 interceptions and being crowned our divisions QBOTY. Week in and week out against EVERYONE, He shows excellent accuracy and reads, making him the most valuable asset to on this team. On the other hand, Jules Regimbald of Dime and Bougie finished the season with 1764 yards, 46 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions. Jules has the ability to scramble and make plays on the run with a rusher beaming down on him. He also has the ability to make every throw on an FPF field. While he still put up some impressive numbers, his higher interception count suggests that he has been more prone to taking risks and making mistakes. Moving on to the playoffs, Iggy Manzanedo has continued to shine, scoring 5 more touchdowns and being intercepted only once. He has also been sacked 6 times less and intercepted one time less than Jules. indicating that he has been more adept at avoiding pressure and during the ball over  Overall, while both quarterbacks have their strengths and weaknesses, Iggy Manzanedo’s superior regular season performance and impressive playoff stats give him the edge over Jules Regimbald. However, the outcome of the Division 4 finals week will ultimately way heavily on how well each quarterback performs on game day.

WR Comparison

When taking a look at the wide receivers of Dime and Bougie and Kiss My Inlaws, there are a few notable Studs. Felix Boutet of Dime and Bougie had a great regular season, finishing with 600 yards and 17 touchdowns on 53 receptions. He is known for his exceptional speed, often being the fastest player on the field and using that to his advantage to create separation from defenders. For kiss My Inlaws we have Jerome Hovington who is also a talented player. His regular season statistics were slightly lower than Boutet’s, with 540 yards, 13 touchdowns, and 40 receptions. However, Hovington is an all-star two-way player, which means he is not just a receiver, but also a valuable contributor on defense. This versatility makes his impact on the field much larger then just on offence. When it comes to playing style, Boutet relies heavily on his speed and agility to make plays, while Hovington is more of a well-rounded player who can contribute in a variety of ways and being a great security blanket for Iggy. I will give the slight edge to Boutet as I think Jules will try to find him deep on multiple possessions.

Rusher comparison

Moving on the the rushers of this game who in my opinion hold the fate of their teams success just as much as the quarterbacks. They might not have the responsibility of touching the ball every play like Qb’s but if a rusher is not constantly getting pressure you can have Prime Deion Sanders in coverage and still get scored on. Lucas Quenneville of Kiss My Inlaws had a solid regular season, finishing with 13 sacks. He has been dominant force on defence for Kiss My Inlaws. He’s a fast rusher who takes great angles to the quarterback and rarely misses flags. Recently I’ve noticed a rushing committee emerge from Dime and Bougie’s defence but it was Victor Bouliane who took most of the reps in the regular season. He had an average regular season assuming he was the only rusher for 10 games, finishing with 9 sacks. Im giving the upper hand to Kiss My Inlaws rusher here as I think Jules settles for more sacks then incompletions sometimes so I think if Lucas Quenneville is on his game he could have a 4 sack game. All I have left to say is that as a rusher myself, it’s not fun rushing either of these guys so good luck to the rushers tonight!

Game Preview

So finally all the talking, speculation and predicting is over! The Div 4 finals are here are its going to be a wild one. A tier 3 rematch of the 2022 fall cup is set to take place and I couldn’t be more excited. Last time around it was Kiss My Inlaws who secured the win and the Fall cup. They won in a close 19-12 game. If their last matchup was any indication, this one will be even more nail bitting. I honestly feel like both these teams are much better then they were last season. Iggy has kept taking strides for KMI and they have added new pieces such as Mike Pierrecin and Vincent Benjamin. Dime and Bougie is the exact same squad and thats what makes them dangerous. Their chemistry is probably the best of all teams in division 4. Jules threw 2 interceptions in last season final and can by no means repeat this output and come away as champions. Dime and Bougie cannot let KMI get ahead in this game or they will fall behind quick and may never catch them. Dime and Bougie has been quite good at closing out close games as they did last week vs Martine et Le Flag. My assumption is they will need to pull another one out the fire if they want to hand KMI their first and only loss of the season. I predict Kiss My Inlaws to continue their reign of terror and secure the div 4 championship. I think their explosive offence will be too much to handle for Dime and Bougie. I don’t see how Iggy throws more then 1 INT this game so if Dime and Bougie aren’t scoring on every possession I don’t see them winning this rematch.

Score Prediction: 33-28

Game MVP: Iggy Manzanedo
