4 cumulative OC, 4 cumulative UR or a TOTAL of 6 will earn the player a 1 week suspension. Every 2 major penalties (OC, UR) incurred afterward will result in an additional 1 week of suspension. If a player plays on 2 teams, he still counts as 1 individual and his penalties are viewed as a single total.
Major penalties reset after the regular season. During the playoffs, 3 cumulative OC, 3 cumulative UR or a combination of 4 major penalties will earn the affected player 1 week of suspension.
