FlagPlus Football (FPF) is a men’s flag football league located in Montreal, Quebec. Launched in January 2005, FPF runs leagues from January to April (Winter Season) and May to August (Spring Season). All games are played indoors in Greater Montreal’s most state-of-the-art sports complexes and air-supported domes. The field dimensions for FPF games are 50 yards long (plus end zones) and 30 yards wide, creating a fast-paced and exciting brand of flag football.

Five separate divisions exist in order to encourage football at all levels ranging from beginner to highly competitive. FPF’s top divisions boast some of Canada’s best athletes from both the CIS and CFL levels.

Games are played on Saturday and Sunday evenings, and our updated online statistics and standings are updated within 24 hours of the final whistle. In addition to detailed individual statistics, FPF offers weekly webcasts and articles during the season to keep things even more interesting!
